All our art work is in New York City and can be sent anywhere in the United States. Shipping and taxes are paid by the Buyer. Buyer is also responsible for International shipping and importation taxes. Returns can only be made if the item received is substantially different from its listing, and we must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt.
